System "Premiera" developed by company UCS, allows
to supervise completely process of booking and sale of tickets at cinemas,
theatres, in stadium or in circus. The system represents a complex consisting of
cash terminals (computers with the connected special printer for a seal of
tickets) and a management computer on which proizvodjatsja all adjustments of
system, and also are formed reports on activity of a cinema. Also the structure
of system includes an answering machine under the schedule of sessions and
presence of places on the basis of a computer telephony (payment DIALOGIC).
Functions of the manager
Creation of the scheme of auditorium
(halls) you can create schemes of accommodation of places, price schemes,
categories of places, circles (in one hall it is possible to create some
circles, for example, the Orchestra and the Balcony.) which then will be used by
cashiers at sale or booking of tickets. It is possible to create halls
practically any complexity and any geometry.
Conducting the list of
films
For each film the name and duration which is then used for the
control of crossing of sessions over time is underlined. For each film probably
the instruction of the company - seller and the task of the period of hire.
Conducting the list of sessions
For each hall (if them a
little) the schedule of sessions is created. The system warns about possible
difficults in the schedule. Ended and not ended sessions are displayed in a mode
of real time. The account of advertising rollers is possible.

The price for the ticket
depends on two parameters - categories of a place and a kind of the ticket. In
the elementary case it is possible to have only one appearance of tickets. But
it is possible to make also nurseries, veteran, tickets of the day off, etc. In
the price scheme the prices for pairs are specified: a category of a place + a
kind of the ticket. In the elementary case such pair only one, and the price is
identical to all buyers and on any place. It is possible to create some price
schemes for various sessions. For each pair the breadboard model of the ticket
(can be created only at use of printers Datamax).

The list of the
personnel for work on cash departments of a cinema with definition of access
rights is created.
Construction of reports
Construction of
reports on past sessions, to the proceeds, attendance, analytical reports. All
reports are under construction in a mode of real time. Also creation by the user
of own reports is possible.
Functions of the cashier
The
workplace of the cashier is the computer connected to the special printer on
which tickets are unpacked. The cashier depending on the rights available at him
can sell the ticket for any got session or to reserve a part of tickets, using
the price scheme made by the manager; to issue if necessary the refund. Actions
of the cashier are supervised by the manager at management station. The cash
department can work in two modes of the reporting: fiscal and booking. In the
first case the fiscal registrar is connected to the cash terminal, in the second
the cashier works with tickets of the strict reporting.
